If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to swap items for a different size please send the item back to us for exchange or refund.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase providing the goods are unworn and all labels are still attached. Please note we cannot offer a refund or exchange on items that have had any of the tags or labelling removed. Any returned product must be in a resellable condition.
Items must be returned in original packaging, please note returns will not be accepted unless returned in the original box (unless otherwise agreed with customer service).
Please ensure you enclose a copy of your receipt along with a note of your contact details including a telephone number and details of required exchange or refund.
Unfortunately we cannot cover return postage costs. We recommend using ParcelMonkey for returns, they offer multiple courier options including drop off and pick up services. For exchanges, we will cover the first dispatch cost, after the first exchange, shipping costs will be charged.
