RETURNS

Extended Seasonal Returns: 

We are happy to offer an extended seasonal returns period. Any items purchased after the 30th November can be returned until 7th January.

 

Returns 

We are happy to accept returns for an exchange or refund if returned to us within 28 days of receipt.

Returns will be accepted providing the items are unworn with all packaging and tags intact. We cannot offer a refund or exchange on items that have had any of the tags or labelling removed.

Please ensure you enclose a copy of your returns form clearly stating your order number, returned items and any exchange requests. Returns should be securely sealed in suitable packaging to ensure no damage is encountered in transit and sent to the below address.

If you have received a faulty item, before returning your order, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to help you.

If you wish to print a replacement returns form, you can do so here.

Unfortunately, we do not cover return postage costs and the customer must cover these. We recommend using a tracked and signed for delivery service to ensure proof of delivery is obtained as until signed for at our warehouse, returned goods remain the customer’s responsibility.

For exchanges, we will cover the first dispatch delivery cost, after the first exchange, shipping costs will be charged.
